Indoor Track & Field Takes Its Show To National Meet

The Blue Streaks had a great showing and amazing experience at the New Balance Indoor National Meet on Friday March 11th @ the Armory in New York City.

Adelaide Aquilla ’17 got things off to a great start with her win in the shot put. She threw a lifetime best of 43-0.5, 7.5 inches off the outdoor school record and is the 2016 New Balance Indoor Nationals Emerging Elite Division Champion.  Click Here for complete shot put results.

The 4×800 Relay (Lindsay Bush ’19, Bina Frost ’16, Lily Kramer ’16, Annie Ubbing ’16) won their heat and finished 2nd overall in the Emerging Elite Division with a season best time of 9:28.1; 3/10 of a second off the indoor school record.  Click Here for complete 4×800 results.

The 4×400 (Kaeley Bush ’16, Anne Harter ’16, Lily Kramer ’16, Annie Ubbing ’16) had a good showing as well with a 4:05.39 close to a season best and a better finish in indoor than last year.   Click here for complete 4×400 results.
