Lacrosse Gains #6 Seed In Region; Hosts Stow In First Round

Magnificat Lacrosse garnered the #6 seed in the 16-team, Region 2 of the OHSAA Division I Regional Lacrosse Tournament. The Blue Streaks will host Stow-Monroe Falls on Tuesday, May 16th @ 5pm @ Lost Nation Sports Park West in a First Round contest.

Softball Holds Off Lorain For Victory In Sectional Semi-Final

Magnificat Softball gained a 9-8 victory over Lorain in an OHSAA Division I Sectional Semi-Final. The Blue Streaks sprinted out to an 9-3 lead and held on against the Titans. Sophomore Sarah Fessler got the win. Magnificat advances to the OHSAA Division I Sectional Championship @ Elyria on Wednesday, May 10th @ 4:30pm.
