Bowling Rolls To League Championships And Earns Multiple Honors

Magnificat Bowling captured both the Varsity and Junior Varsity 2026 GCIBL Tournament Championships at Brookgate Lanes on Saturday, January 31st.

The teams also won the regular season GCIBL League titles.

The Blue Streaks were well represented in the end of the season GCIBL awards:

Helen Sayles '29

In addition to All-League honors, Smith was selected as the recipient of the Joe Beck Senior Award, presented to the senior bowler who exemplifies outstanding ability, leadership, sportsmanship while serving as a positive role model within the GCIBL. Hohmann was also honored with the Ernie Hargett Bulldog Award, recognizing the senior bowler who competed in the most varsity matches throughout their GCIBL career.
