Flag Football Continues Its Winning Ways

Magnificat Flag Football continued its strong start to the season with another outstanding weekend, going a perfect 4-0 in varsity contests and 2-0 at the junior varsity level.

The program now stands at 7-0 in varsity play and 4-0 in JV action, with both teams holding first place in the Western Brown Division.

The Varsity team had wins on Friday night over Saint Martin de Porres (31-6) and Valley Forge (31-0), and the team came back with two more victories on Sunday as they defeated Cleveland Central Catholic (19-6) and Horizon Science Academy (31-0).

On the JV side, they bested the host school Berea-Midpark (16-6) and Lutheran West (33-6).

The Blue Streaks are now off until Sunday, April 12th when they will take the field at Magnificat High School that day.
