Flag Football Starts Off Season Strong

Magnificat Flag Football started off the season with a strong opening weekend as it saw the Varsity team win all three of their games, while the JV team was victorious in both of theirs.

The Varsity was led by sophomore quarterback Maggie Lenahan who had 10 scoring passes over the weekend.

The team defeated Trinity (26-2) and Rhodes (39-26) on Friday evening and came back with a win over Berea-Midpark (25-13) on Sunday.

The JV Blue Streaks came away with wins over Cleveland Central Catholic (13-12) and Horizon Science Academy (26-24).
