Swimming Sends 10 Swimmers To District Meet

The Varsity Swimming team swam exceptionally well on Saturday, February 13th @ the OHSAA Sectional Meet @ Cleveland State University.  The team qualified a total of 10 swimmers to the OHSAA District Meet. Blue Streak Gymnasts Top the Competition at Sectionals

The Magnificat Gymnastics team put up excellent scores this past weekend at the sectional meet to earn first place with a score of 146.35 and qualify for the team competition at the district meet, February 27th at West Geauga High School.  Members of the team also qualified for the individual competition at the district meet.

Blue Streaks Hold Off Knights With 4th Quarter Run, 73-57

Magnificat pulled away in the fourth quarter to top Archbishop Hoban by a 73-57 score. Paced by senior Elise Keshock with 29 points and 10 rebounds, the Blue Streaks withstood a third quarter run by the Knights.  Senior Lissy Roggenburk added 10 points while senior Lily Schwind chipped in with 6 points and 7 rebounds.
